Chrome Render crashes when opening settings while device is in Tablet mode and connected to an external display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Login to device
(2) Put device into tablet mode
(3) Rotate device so the mfr logo is upside-down
(4) Tap Account picture on lower right
(5) Tap settings
(6) Observe crash

What is the expected result?
Settings should open when tapped

What happens instead?
Chrome crashes and an alert "Chrome didn't shutdown correctly appears"
