Improve recipe presentation of different failure modes |

Issue descriptionTests can fail for a variety of reasons. The chromium recipe currently presents them homogeneously. This can be confusing; we should try to make it clear when tests fail for different reasons (failure, crash, timeout, not being run at all, etc)
