Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3163.98 OS: Android What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable TalkBack (2) Visit https://output.jsbin.com/gedoxok (3) Let TalkBack recite the whole page What is the expected result? It should read: "Article. What is blue and not heavy? Light blue." What happens instead? It reads: "Article. What is blue and? Light blue."
What is blue and not heavy? Light blue.
Also repro on 64.0.3241.0. Another screen reader "Select to Speak" works fine. I don't use TalkBack often, but I believe this is a regression.

Looks like Talkback 6.1 is not publicly available yet. We might want a workaround if we expect a large proportion of Clank users to keep using pre-6.1 version for a long time. Is the release schedule of Talkback tied with Android? Do we push Talkback updates as an app so that older devices also use new versions without new Android release?

Removing the STS label since we are using it for the Chrome OS Select To Speak feature (and this bug is TalkBack specific, not STS specific.) |
