Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create Html Table
2. on page load, use jquery to modify the rowspan
3. notice table borders remain from deleted cells

What is the expected behavior?
If jQuery modifies an HTML table by removing cells and ajdusting the rowspan onreadystate, there should be no lingering borders. They are artifacts because as soon as I scroll the page the boreders that shouldnt be there go away. 

In firefox using the same code the error is not reproducible, leading me to believe that It's an issue with chrome's code. 

What went wrong?
Once an HTML a table is loaded, I use jQuery to remove duplicate cells in a row and adjust the rowspan to fill the cells. While it does happen with no errors you still see visible lines where the cells were removed until you scroll the page and chrome redraws(?) the page.
