Issue descriptionhttps://developer.chrome.com/apps/commands should call out that 'MacCtrl' cannot be used in 'default'. E.g. "suggested_key": { "default": "MacCtrl+Shift+C" }, causes the extension to be uninstallable on all platforms other than Mac.
