Selection of the autofill suggestion overwrites user choice

The page attached to the bug.

Flow:
1. Select "Garage" in the combobox
2. Select email from the autofill suggestion.

Problem: combobox selection is overwritten by autofill.

This happens for me recently, when you select a textbox that has autofilled options when you select and option it doesn't fill in the rest of the text - https://1drv.ms/i/s!AsBlZbBf72iNnoEcMa1pYuvnHk_5Ug
