Chromebook with external display attached goes into suspend instead of logging in

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9901.46.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.55 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9901.46.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cave Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Attach external monitor to chromebook (UDL) 2. Reboot the chromebook 3. When the login prompt is displayed, close the lid so that login prompt is seen on the external display 4. Type your password to log in, press enter (or click the login button) What is the expected behavior? The chrome os logs in What went wrong? Chrome OS goes into suspend Did this work before?
