Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3239.7/10032.4.0 dev-channel Candy,Daisy,Reks OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >> Take screenshot and open it in Files app (2)Now rename it with a blank name >> Invalid name dialog box appears (3)Keep entering and observe>> Invalid name dialog box disappears and name of the screenshot will be blank(refer video) Expected: Invalid name dialog box should not disappear Actual: Instead, Invalid name dialog box disappears and name of the screenshot will be blank. This is non-regression issue seen from M55. NOTE: Issue is also seen in latest M-64 @fukino: Please confirm the issue

Confirmed. Actually I've seen this issue before but it seems I was too lazy to file the bug. Thank you for reporting it!
