Investigate the event handling in the test framework for FilesApp UI

Manually firing specific events is able to reproduce and detect bugs, but sending them from the test framework tends to not be able to detect the bugs. Figure out why.

Created the bug to track my investigations (which havened started yet). CL 711542 (contains new integration tests that were supposed to detect bugs that got fixed) will be submitted once this has been resolved.
