Steps to reproduce the problem:
now the bug with selecting arc tts are fixed. but. it dont work when a tts engine have multiple languages. e.g google tts

What is the expected behavior?
if you have a arc tts with multiple languages and change to another language chromevox should pickup the changes like if you switch to a different engine

What went wrong?
chromevox dont pickup the changes
