May I inquiry about the meaning of the attsched screen shot if not too much.
,
Oct 19 2017
The screenshot in #8 is simply saying that you don't have a secure connection to the site https://www.com.ohio.gov. The text is slightly misleading insofar as it doesn't mention that the reason that the connection is not secure is that there's no connection at all. Can you elaborate on why you believe you're "a victim of something malicious"? Do you have any problems with any other sites, or just that one?

Majority of the sites i visit are like this and I included the screen shot because I feel I can't articulate what is happening. I stupidly feel victim of a MS IT scam and allowed remote access to fix my laptop well all he** has broke loose regarding accounts, etc. Don't know what to do?

The screenshot shown in #8 appears to be from an Android device; in 10, you refer to a laptop? It's not likely that a configuration change on the laptop would impact your Android phone configuration. In general, if a malicious person was allowed to access your computer, your best bet is to wipe the computer completely (reinstall the operating system) and from a trusted device, reset all of your passwords to new passwords.

Here is the netlog for review. *[may include] Personal &/or Confidential information* I also appreciate your feedback however may I ask if it is possible for malicious activity on the android especially since banking, intl calls, possible mail interception, online browsing & accounts, internet cable svcs (router) all has been (continues) compromised I fear from the Tech-Support-Help scam i paid into maybe or am I being paranoid. I switched cellular services twice, new number/address, new banking, wiped laptop, alerted authorities yet still compromised and nervous. I don't know how to stop it seem to connect to common variable; my name or dob and/or chrome-net-export-log.json <https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9AHuEQrRS6MUFZMd2hZc05sMVh0N0NGcFRNbXdEVERnSDJZ/view?usp=drivesdk> ss#

Adding this to the network triage queue so someone will look at the log. Note that the triager will need to request access to the file on Drive.

Are there other sites you're experiencing problems with? Trying to access the 'https://www.com.ohio.gov' site on multiple browsers shows a CONNECTION_RESET error, indicating that there is some sort of misconfiguration on the server, that isn't related to your browser.

Could you please answer the following questions? 1) Are you experiencing the same issue on a single or multiple devices connected to the same network? 2) Does the same issue occur if you are connected to a different network, e.g different wifi or cell network? 3) On a device that has the issue, does it still occur if you try a different browser? 4) On the same device that has the issue, could you collect net-logs by following instructions on https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details while trying to access a problematic site? Please select "Strip private information" option while collecting the logs. Attach the logs to this bug, so we can take a look. Thank you!

I am having troubles with Google all inclusive apps, search results, web security, redirects, certificate invalidation(s), accounts, etc. I can't get anywhere.

As far as I can tell from reading through this bug, the issue reported is only with https://www.com.ohio.gov/unfd/ returning ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I can reproduce Chrome returning ERR_CONNECTION_RESET, but as others have already stated on this bug, that is because of how their server is configured, not a problem with Chrome. If I follow the steps to reproduce the problem in the original report, the problem no longer reproduces - the link for "unclaimed funds" on https://www.ohio.gov goes to http://www.com.ohio.gov/unfd/, which loads properly (note that it is http, not https). I don't see any more action to take on this bug.

I do not agree it happens on every website I utilize Chrome for every government site every state site every site that warrants personal info either is insecure or won't load. I can't get no help. |
