Issue description1) Open two Chrome windows 2) Enter SplitView with both windows Expected result: - windows controls and tab strips are visible Actual result: - The window controls and tab strip are missing Version: 62.0.3202.45

I can repro with the following steps: 1. Create a new window 2. Cmd-T to add a tab (call it Tab B) 3. Drag Tab B out to its own window 4. Press the fullscreen button in Tab B's window until you enter the start of splitview mode, then drag to the left Tab B's window will be fullscreened and its tab will not be visible.
