macOS Sierra version 10.12.6 with VoiceOver 7.0 (477.40.6) 
Google Chrome 64.0.3241.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable VoiceOver
(2) Navigate to the Security Chip and press space to collapse
(3) Attempt to read the text contents at the top  

What is the expected result? Text is automatically read or available by using navigation

What happens instead? Text is never read.

I tried the same test in Windows with JAWS and I could not reproduce, this is a Mac specific issue. 

Windows environment:
