Chrome OS: Icon corruption on canary (bookmark bar and notification bar)

CHROME VERSION: 64.0.3240.0 canary
CHROMEOS_RELEASE_DESCRIPTION: 10036.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel soraka

Happens on eve as well, apparently.

Best current guess is that 10032.0.0/63.0.3239.0 was good.

I'll try to bisect Chrome (OS).

Fixed by deploying origin/master Chrome (8cfdfd2eba5c6e3c8f456bd95362e4d30e111c7e, will be 64.0.3242.0), unclear root cause.
