Concrete page cannot be scrolled to right in mobile mode

Issue description

Example URL:
http://uk.pcmag.com/software/8400/guide/the-best-security-suites-of-2017

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open URL
2. try to scroll to right

What is the expected behavior?
You can scroll to right in mobile mode to see full page content (which is correctly displayed in desktop mode)

What went wrong?
In mobile mode only left part is accessible to user

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 64.0.3241.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 7

Able to reproduce the issue in Android, Observed the page is not displaying the full content in Mobile Mode.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Browser
2. Navigated to http://uk.pcmag.com/software/8400/guide/the-best-security-suites-of-2017
3. Observed the page is not displaying the full content in Mobile Mode.
 
Chrome versions tested:
64.0.3241.0

OS
Android 6.0.1

Android Devices
6.0.1; SM- G930F Build/MMB29K

Observing the same behavior since M52, Hence marking this issue as Untriaged and removed bisect label.
