Workspaces: breakpoints not triggering in transpiled files when placed via "Filesystem" editor

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 64.0.3241.0 OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch an application in dev mode (webpack, et al) 2. Add application folder to CDT Workspace 3. Under Sources, and via the Filesystem sidebar, open a transpiled file in the CDT editor 4. Place a breakpoint on a line that you expect will be executed 5. Trigger execution of the line What is the expected result? Breakpoint will fire, halting execution What happens instead of that? Line executes, but breakpoint does not fire Note: breakpoints in non-transpiled files do work as expected UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3241.0 Safari/537.36

Condensed React demo attached. 1. Run `npm i` 2. Run `npm start` 3. Page opens at localhost:8080 4. Add folder to which the demo is unarchived to your Workspace 5. Try to break in src/index.jsx This WILL work if you break in the same file under the Network sidebar tab, but not the Filesystem sidebar tab. Thanks.
