OS: Win(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Pre-condition-Sign in Chrome and enable material design for setting page in chrome://flags

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome and navigate chrome://settings/passwords.
2.click on password.google.com and zoomin to any range and observe.



Actual Result: Underline gets dark on zoomin in some of the entries in Encrypted password coloumn. 
Expected Result:Underline should not get dark on zoomin in some of the entries in Encrypted password coloumn.
 
This is regression issue broken in ‘M-58’ and below per-revision bisect result.


Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:58.0.3110.0(Revision:449904).
Bad Build:58.0.3012.0(Revision:450199).

Note:Zoomin to any level 125,150,175 the underline gets dark randomly.

You are probably looking for a change made after 449942 (known good), but no later than 449943 (first known bad).
