Browser not working properly

Reported by banuka.v...@gmail.com, Oct 16 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. As per my knowledge, the modal should work properly
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
When the dialog was opened from the button press, it should open in a normal way without any issues.

What went wrong?
When opening a page or dialog from a button click it was displaying with some flickering and that is constantly showing to the end-user.
The same functionality is working fine in the Mozilla Firefox.

WebStore page:

Did this work before? Yes last chrome version before this update

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

This was happening from the latest google chrome browser update, till the time it would display the dialog correctly.
