Can you please let us know on what page the Navigation should take the user to, as clicking the Applications, then Overview of Applications -> takes the user to https://www.oracle.com/applications/index.html page. Rechecked on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 61.0.3163.100. Thanks.!

But when running chrome with parameters from chromium, works as expected. google-chrome --user-data-dir=/tmp/z --show-component-extension-options --ignore-gpu-blacklist --no-default-browser-check --disable-pings --media-router=0 --enable-remote-extensions --flag-switches-begin --flag-switches-end Isolated that problem is --ignore-gpu-blacklist. When --ignore-gpu-blacklist specified on cmd line, works ok, if not specified menu isn't working

No luck in reproducing this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #62.0.3202.62 even launching the chrome from command line as mentioned in comment #7. Not sure if this issue is specific to Fluxbox(xdm) desktop adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp for more updates. Thanks!

Maybe is based on video card, i've old ati eg. radeon driver. It seems that ignore-gpu-blacklist makes something with hw acceleration.
