Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. create a MP4 video file with chroma sub-sampling rate set not to be 4:2:0 but 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 2. direct to this mp4 file in an HTML5 webpage's video elements 3. open the webpage and play this video files What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? video file can't be played Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? No Firefox 48.0 Opera39.0 may play this file with only audio sound and no video image Chrome version: 52.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Contents of chrome://gpu: this is a problem I found in version 52.0

Sorry for my delayed response. It seems that in version 55 this problem does not exist. I found it on the release 52.0 but I've altered to another computer thus may not be able to verify it on the release 52.0 now. I may still attach the test files.

The latest Chrome stable version is M62, so you should test with that if you want to see if this is fixed for you. Are you manually held back onto an older Chrome version?
