Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome in a dual monitor setting. 2. Open a large number of tabs. 3. Try to drag the whole Chrome window to the other monitor. Only way to do this is by dragging from the very small space available between "New tab" button and profile selector (see attached file, the area is marked in RED). What is the expected behavior? The place to drag a whole window (along with its tabs) should be conspicuous and spacious. I would like to propose that: 1. The area in the window that is draggable should have more width, at least 30 pixels. 2. The area should have a texture to indicate that it could be used to drag the window. What went wrong? The place to drag is not at all obvious. One has to know that it exists. It is not large enough either. People with certain disabilities will find it very hard to locate with a mouse pointer. I, even without any such disabilities often find myself accidentally opening new tabs, or clicking the profile selector. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
