Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open any browser 2. type any query 3. wait What is the expected behavior? Expected outcome is that the information fetched will download. What went wrong? Get a constant wait state and the message waiting for cache. I constantly clear cache and restart the browser but the problem comes back very quickly after the minimum number of searches. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

kenjeter: Could you please record a net-log dump of this problem and post it here? See instructions: https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details Is it just queries from the omnibox that are stalled or do other pages fail to load as well?
