Chrome Version : 61.0.3163.100
OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
URLs (if applicable) : https://nytimes.com
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to https://nytimes.com or any other site that has a long loading time.
2. Open the Page Info bubble.
What is the expected result?
The bubble stays open until the user clicks off it or closes it in some other way.
What happens instead of that?
It closes randomly.
I'm suspecting this is to do with focus on page load, since when you block *all* of the cookies that are loaded on the nytimes.com page and go to the same site in a different tab, it will also close the Page Info bubble (though it does it less, maybe because stuff is cached and it loads faster).

(Note this only happens in Views.)
