What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playback of FLAC files is possible in the native files app, not Chrome the browser
2. Playback a WAV file from the files app (success!)
3. Playback a FLAC file from the files app (success!)
4. Playback a WAV file from Chrome (success!)
5. Playback a FLAC file from Chrome (FAIL!)

What is the expected result?
Chrome on ChromeOS should be able to play FLAC files too! (Just like desktop Chrome added in Chrome 56)


What happens instead of that?
FLAC files in Chrome will attempt to be downloaded instead of played back like WAV files are handled.
