Chrome Version: Chrome Canary 63.0.3239.0
OS: Android 8.0.0; Pixel Build/OPR1.170623.027
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(timestamps refer to attached video)
(1) Enable Chrome Home
(2) Go to: http://blog.the-ebook-reader.com/2017/09/15/remarkable-paper-tablet-review-and-video-walkthrough/ [0:03]
(2) Scroll down to the YouTube video in the middle of the article. [0:07]
(3) Tap the big red YouTube Play-button [0:16]
(4) Tap the Fullscreen rectangle in the bottom right of the video. [0:20]
(5) Tap in the scrubber line towards the end of the video. [0:29]
What is the expected result?
The blue buffer-line should go until the end of the video.
What happens instead?
The blue buffer-line overlaps the other controls.
Tapping for example the fullscreen icon to go back to the article both *restarts the video* from the start AND *exits fullscreen*.
