download item css bug when there is no default icon for '.bundle' files

Issue descriptionChrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'> URLs (if applicable) :https://my.vmware.com/en/web/vmware/free#desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_workstation_player/12_0 Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari:ok Firefox:ok IE:ok What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)downloading the linux verison, the file ends with '.bundle' going to downloads page in chrome, since there is no icon for .bundle, the icon area of the dowload div, will expand and shrink, multiple times (2) (3) What is the expected result? What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest M-63 63.0.3239.7 and latest stable 62.0.3202.62 using Ubuntu 14.04. Attached is the screencast of the same. It would be great if you could provide affected version, also let us know if we have missed any steps from our end in the process of reproducing the issue.

I have ubuntu 17.04, and chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) the download icon tries to resize, while downloading. once the file is downloaded the problem seems to dissaper. I tried to figure out whats going. a screenshot is posted.
