Reported by kurosh.h...@gmail.com, Oct 14 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Move a folder in bookmarks manager
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When moving folders around in bookmark manager, afterward it sometimes starts 'jumping around' indefinitely. See video (this is after moving a bookmark). I need to close and reopen to get normal functionality back

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable
61.0.3163.100 and on the latest canary 63.0.3239.6. on Mac 10.12.6 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Opened the bookmark manager
2. Tried moving a folder in it.
We are able to move folders with out any difficulty.
Attaching the screencast of the same.

@Reporeter: Could you please mentioned if we have followed the steps to
reproduce the issue.

Thanks!

Hi yes you have. Could it have to do with the fact that I have so many bookmarks maybe? I have probably around 500.
