Password Manager Not Revealing Passwords.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.52 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Open Settings 
2.Advanced Settings 
3.Click on manage passwords
4.Click Eye to show password
5.Enter Correct information into Windows Security Prompt
6. At this point nothing works for me I see no password data.
7. Click the eye again to show password, enter information again still doesn't show passwords.

What is the expected behavior?
Enter the correct information at Windows Security prompt and then chrome shows passwords.

What went wrong?
No clue.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10,7 & Mac 10.12.6 using chrome beta-62.0.3202.52 (Reported version) & Canary-63.0.3239.6 as per the steps mentioned in C#0.
Chrome shows passwords clearly upon clicking 'eye' symbol after entering correct information at Windows Security prompt.

Please check the issue on clean profile & let us know your observations on the same.
