What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a custom chrome build and load onto device
(2) Open chrome inspector, inspect page open on custom build of remote device


What is the expected result?
Dev tools starts

What happens instead?
404 error on dev tools page


I also have port forwarding engaged, though as no page on the custom build works, it might not be relevant.
