[Findit] Flake Analyzer - More fine-grained graphs

Project Member Reported by lijeffrey@chromium.org, Oct 13 2017

Issue description

In some analyses, for example https://findit-for-me.appspot.com/waterfall/flake?key=ag9zfmZpbmRpdC1mb3ItbWVyxwELEhdNYXN0ZXJGbGFrZUFuYWx5c2lzUm9vdCKQAWNocm9taXVtLm1hYy9NYWMxMC4xMCBUZXN0cy8yNDgyMi9jb250ZW50X2Jyb3dzZXJ0ZXN0cyBvbiBNYWMtMTAuMTAvVFc5MWMyVk1ZWFJsYm1ONVFuSnZkM05sY2xSbGMzUXVUVzkxYzJWRWIzZHVRVzVrVlhCU1pXTnZjbVJsWkZkcGRHaHZkWFJUZDJGdwwLEhNNYXN0ZXJGbGFrZUFuYWx5c2lzGAEM

there are very few data points. In this analysis, it would be nice to see the trend after the culprit was introduced that introduced the tank in pass rate (when the culprit itself was still relatively stable)

It is worth noting in this case, determine_true_pass_rate is in use for the build-level analysis, but try job analysis is still using a fixed 100 iterations
This bug had an unsupported status. Updating to Untriaged so someone will reevaluate.
