What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) lock screen
(2) come back and try typing
(3) focus is wrong

i have a monitor attached, but i think i've seen the behavior even w/out that.

What is the expected result?
password box should have been selected so i could type my password and hit enter w/out having to resort to the mouse

What happens instead of that?
i have to use my mouse
