Utility processes show as "browser" in startup traces |
||
Issue descriptionNTP uses "data decoder" mojo service, which starts a utility process (issue 718199). That utility process shows up as "browser" in startup traces. In the attached trace: 1. "Browser (pid 4183)" is the browser process. 2. "Browser (pid 4294)" is the utility process. We need to name utility processes differently (e.g. as "Utility"). One other question is whether this can cause confusion in other tools (e.g. UMA).
