Some pin-point based regressions don't auto-kick a bisect |

Issue descriptionI was looking at the backlog of untriaged alerts and realized that in some cases the sheriff filed the bug but a bisect wasn't auto kicked off. It happened with a bunch of recent bugs (e.g. Issue 771308 ) and they all seem to be switched to PinPoint. I guess there is some bug somewhere that causes new bugs to not start a bisect with PinPoint. |
