Repeatedly seeing "The Commit Queue has picked up your change."

A CL of mine is in the commit queue for a day now, but never actually commits. I repeatedly get "The Commit Queue has picked up your change".
There's no messaging why it's not committing.

Probably a build system issue, but Gerrit should provide messaging why it's not committing.

This is the ChromeOS CQ, which is a wholly separate system from the Chromium CQ. I have no idea how it works =/ Sending over to akeshet.
