What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Browser Sample app
(2) Open a PDF within within the app
(3) Longpress to select text in the PDF

What is the expected result?

When the text selection appears, it should have touch selection handles and a quickmenu.

What happens instead?

No handles or quickmenu are seen.
