Issue descriptionApp Version: 63.0.3239.0 canary iOS Version: 10.3.5, 11.0.1 Device : iPhone,iPad Url : https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ Steps to reproduce : 1. Launch chrome 2. Goto “https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/” 3. Tap on Fill Form (Superman) button in profile autofill. 4. Tap on Submit 5. Tap on Menu > Settings > Autofill forms. Observed results: Address are not saved in autofill forms. Note : Fill Form (Superman) address is saved once Fill Form(Simpsons) Expected results: Address should be saved in Autofill forms. Question is whether we should save the profile if user types in a country that's not a real country or that autofill doesn't know about.

We're moving in a direction where we want to validate user data. If Antartica is not a country, I think we should not save it.
