Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Cannot zoom javascript alerts User gets an alert, like the one you can try on https://www.w3schools.com/js/tryit.asp?filename=tryjs_alert However **let's say the text is too small**. User desperately tries to zoom it with CTRL++. Well try it and see. Here the user is, trying to see the important message. But he can't because it is too small. The most important messages on the net come in the form of alerts. But that is the only thing he **cannot** zoom in chromium. What irony, the most important thing, but he can't read it. OK let's try an experiment, back at https://www.w3schools.com/js/tryit.asp?filename=tryjs_alert first zoom the page, now trigger the alert. We see that chromium has a fixed size for alerts no matter what you do. Shouldn't it at least change with the webpage current zoom level? And please do make CTRL++ affect it. What is gained by not allowing CTRL++ to affect it? You might say that is how the web works. Well please make it work better. The whole model is from before the days of accessibility standards. chromium gets a Failure in accessibility here. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? How can you allow users to zoom one thing but not another? What sense does that make? None. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:

(And of course he was not originally at CTRL+0 zoom level, else he wouldn't be complaining the alert font was too small.)

This as Feature request as the reporter wants the Zoom in/out using ctrl +/- for alert box as well. Marking this as 'Untriaged' for further updates from Dev. Thanks..
