Password of previously logged in account is saved for different Google accounts

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome
2. Open Google accounts
3. Login to Google account using ID and password
4. Save the password for that ID by clicking on "Save"   button on the pop- up
5. Add a different account
6. Enter the different ID
7. Observe

What is the expected behavior?
It should not save password of previously saved account and should work normally.

What went wrong?
When the ID of the different account is entered, the password is already visible in the field without inputting it and pop up appears to save it. 
After clicking on save button, when clicked on next button, it shows "Wrong password".

@ruchi.k -- Thank You for the report.
As per the video you have attached, the updated password is being asked for the second mail id you have entered.

For the mail id "kikilovable0226@gmail.com" wrong password has been saved for a wrong entry. After providing correct password the saved password has been updated.

I hope there is wrong with the behavior. Please let me know if i have missed anything.
