recovery: Remove fbconsole and vtconsole in kernel config

Project Member Reported by hungte@chromium.org, Oct 13 2017

Issue description

Continue to "kernel running out of space recovery images ( issue 765844 , issue 772450 ), I wonder if we can save more bits by removing 'fbconsole' and 'vtconsole' in mod_image_for_recovery, since all projects should be using Frecon now.

Yes you can remove fbconsole and vtconsole. These are already gone in official kernels, the only reason they are left is that IIRC the factory image needed them.
