Camera glitches and goes black

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.73.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.134 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turned computer off and back on
2. Ran a clean up
3. Checked settings

What is the expected behavior?
That the camera work properly when using it to record or video chat.

What went wrong?
The screen is going black and sometimes glitches bad before it stops. 

Did this work before? Yes It worked fine a week ago

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.134  Channel: stable
OS Version: 9460.73.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Thanks for the feedback! Could you please share what application you are using where the camera goes black? Also, which Chromebook model are you using?
