Clicking youtube search bar with surface pen does not automatically launch onscreen keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to youtube.com
2. Use surface pen to click search bar
3. Onscreen keyboard does not automatically appear (surface pro 4)

What is the expected behavior?

As Google-Hyd team do not have surface pen to triage this issue from our end, Could some one from MTV team please look into this issue.Adding appropriate labels for the same.
