Robolectric tests that rely on notification channels are broken in 3.4.2, which predates https://github.com/robolectric/robolectric/commit/d684ea946d71671f4489efc870202591e5fe0b59. Once we update to a version of Robolectric that includes that change, we can remove the pre-O sdk configurations from those tests.
