Passpoint certificate download/install crashes installer on chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Goto http://osu.odyssys.net.
(2)Enter email 
(3)Download profile

What is the expected result?
Download and install cert

What happens instead?
App stops/crashes
