Summary: Milo's builder view is missing current running step for current builds (was: Milo's buildbot builder view is missing current running step for current builds)
I'm surprised no one else complained about this.  

I think this would still be nice to have, and should be pretty easy to implement, and also it's not buildbot specific.

P3 is appropriate.
