Chrome will not allow page selection (From:, To:) when using default system print dialog on OS X 10.10

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press ⌥⌘P
2. Go to "Pages:" and enter something into the "From:" or" To:" fields

What is the expected behavior?
A number is entered into the "From:" and/or" To:" fields

What went wrong?
Chrome won't allow changes in the "From:" or" To:" fields

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5

Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.6 with reported version 61.0.3163.100 and latest dev 63.0.3238.0 with steps mentioned in mentioned below:

1.Navigate to any page (http://cb.vu/unixtoolbox.pdf)
2. Press option+command+P, click on show details(if details are hidden)
3. Click From radio button, enter some number in From and to fields

@ littlenicholasj: Could you please re-try the scenario by creating a new profile 

Please follow below steps to create a New profile
(i)Launch chrome>>Press Alt+E>>Settings)
(ii)Under the section headed People, Click on link Manage other people>>Add person

Verify the screen cast and let us know if we have missed any steps from TE end in proces of reproducing the issue

This bug may be OS X 10.10 specific. Is upgrading to OS X 10.11 or 10.12 a possibility?

Thanks for your help. I prefer not to upgrade at this time so I will work
around the issue if it is not fixable.
