Preview tab in network does not format content correctly anymore

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have a response that returns formatted data
2. goto the preview tab of the network tab in Developer Tools
3. the preview is no longer correctly structured

What is the expected behavior?
show structured and interactive content

What went wrong?
The preview tab only shows the inline content

Did this work before? Yes v60

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version:

Looks like a duplicate of  issue 767393 , fixed in Chrome 62.

I checked the issue woxxom linked and tried to verify it in Chrome canary ( version 63). The result was exactly the same, so this seems like a differnt issue.
