Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. place chrome enlarged on smaller monitor 2. open a youtube video 3. fullscreen the youtube video and disable fullscreen What is the expected behavior? should be a row of pixels on the edge of the other monitor What went wrong? row of pixels should not be visible on other screen when chrome is enlarged on one monitor Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 you should be able to see the chrome tab extended by one pixel on the screenshot by zooming in.
