Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 61.0.3163.100 but unable to reproduce this on latest beta 62.0.3202.52 and canary 63.0.3239.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6. @Reporter: Could you please verify this on latest canary and report back.
