When copy and pasting it is pasting the url twice back to back

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click 3 dots in upper corner. 2. Choose top left icon 3. Choose copy 4. Go to paste and it will double paste the URL What is the expected behavior? I get it in apple notes and Facebook as well.

+ Olivier, Pink FYI Indeed, this is a bad one. It should be a P1 and an RBS. I am able to reproduce it whenever I paste into a text-only area (i.e. WhatsApp, Facebook post, omnibox, any chatting app, ..etc). Olivier: Does this have anything to do with the changes in the Chrome sharing extension with regards to URL + Title ?

#3: yes, it is exactly this (crbug.com/755620). If I understand correctly, you experience this bug in Chrome 61. We have a fix for it in M62 that will be released pretty soon. You can test it by registering to the Testflight Chrome list.
