Reported by nik...@measured.com, Oct 12 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome
2. Join a hangouts call
3. At random, the entire machine freezes, no key press helps, mouse freezes. The only recourse is to hard reset the machine

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Labels: TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV TE-Hardware-Dependency
Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 16.04 using chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100 and latest dev #63.0.3236.7.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Open chrome browser
2. Joined a hangouts call.
3. Did not observe any machine or mouse freezing.

Adding label TE-Hardware-Dependency as the OS with that particular flavour i.e Linux Mint 18.2+cinnamon / Ubuntu 1604 is not available with TE-India team.
Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV and requesting anyone from MTV team to please have a look into the issue if that particular linux flavour is available at their end.

Thanks...!!
